Male Only Gym Sauna Uk

Yep I have now joined their Norwich gym and have found the sauna to be decent

I use one regularly. Young and fit crowd. Everyone just strips to their boxers for the sauna

I've been to 315 Health Club - close to the Lancaster junction of the M6 several times, there's a sauna in the men's locker room which can be pretty active in the evenings during the week. It's between the lockers and showers. The showers have partitions but no one closes the curtains. I'd certainly visit again if I was passing. If you're just on a long drive up the M6, it certainly makes a better stopover than a motorway service area.

Use Hussle to buy a day pass because otherwise they don't do casual entry.

Which gyms in London have male only sauna/steam and which one is the best? I’m looking to switch from my gym now which is mixed. I don’t mind either Nuffield or Fitness First, or any other chain.

I’ve never been, but after checking out their website and floor plan, I’m convinced the interior architect knew exactly what they were doing. The way the sauna’s tucked away in the corner with those nearby private cubicles…let’s just say they’ve created the perfect setup for this place to be buzzing with gay and curious horny young buff men.

I agree.
If you put a sauna in the middle of a men's locker room, you have to expect it to be used by testosterone-fueled males to empty their balls.

it's not a great gym vibe though. showers are gross and the only people using the sauna were not young and buff lol
