Perhaps we should have an lpsg (UK division) get together at a central location? Maybe Fenny Compton village hall in Warwickshire would give us good rates (as used by the galliant sub postmasters). We might be a bit of a shock to the locals though, especially after a few drinks! Mr Bates, if you're reading this perhaps you could arrange something and send out emails!
