I am not surprised. It comes with the territory. A lot of guys follow these influencers/internet celebs for superficial reasons. Mark played to it too in building a fan base with his thirst trap YouTube thumbnails and shirtless pics. Now that his looks are not what they use to be it’s a different story. He is not ugly for sure.
