Correct. But the MCU has changed her origin. Who knows, maybe they'll present Carol as a mutant as well later on down the line. By so far, that hasn't happened.

The only "famous" actor that needs to play Cyclops is Brandon Sklenar. I watchd his scenes from Yellowstone on YouTube and dude has the look, physic and acting chops to pull Scott off.
