Matt rife

He's talked about getting his teeth fixed and how he used to be really self conscious about them. He's definitely had other work done too, though how much work he's had done... that's where the debate lies. It's probably not as much as some people believe.

There seems to be a lot of jealousy on this thread. Matt is a very funny comedian and he happens to be a beyond gorgeous man, life is not fair! You don’t have to tear this man apart personally and attack his professional craft because you are butt hurt that maybe quite a few people find you to have below average looks and a sleep inducing personality. This lashing out at him because of your own perceived inadequacies is the worst look of all. Just my opinion and observation . Funny is subjective but actual “hotness” is usually quite apparent

Technically hotness is also subjective.

It is... the problem seem to be that some people have decided THEIR opinion is the right one, so everyone else is wrong. They don't seem to understand how opinions work.
If you mean the self-appointed "arbiters of comedy" on this site, then yes. But let's not have the thread derailed into that petty nonsense again.

Being hot-as I define it—is the ultimate in attractiveness where not one person in 100 would say that the person is not model material, that not one in 100 would say the person’s body is not the masculine or feminine “ideal” form. I think we all know the difference in someone that is model hot and sexy vs a simply above average attractive person.

I would agree that technically being handsome or pretty would be subjective since those people would probably fall in the above average category. This level could be subjective and people could have differing opinions on their appearance.

I get your point but I believe that the rare air in which masculine and feminine ideals that scream FIRE (facial symmetry/attractiveness as well as bodies that fit the male and female ideals) . Sexual behavior psychologists have done studies on what the “ideal” characteristics are for one to be an extremely attractive and sexually desirable male and female. There are few absolutes especially concerning human behavior but I believe the relatively few utterly desirable and model hot attractive people are fairly easy to identify.

Or maybe they have graduate degrees in psychology focusing on sexual behavior and evolutionary psychology. They know that “ideals” of gender attractiveness do exist in scientific studies and literature and though opinions exist—the opinions of what makes an upper level (i.e.hot) person attractive are generally very similar. Believe or not

Still subjective, there's no absolutes, especially in social studies/humanities, which psychology is part of.

I'm not sure if your comment is satire or not... but there is no 'correct opinion' out there, that's an oxymoron. Arguing psychology as your basis just makes that assertion even more ridiculous.

Yeah I'm gonna go with not. :joy:
