I think the left picture feet needs to be checked out for a swollen ankle
nah, it has the same triangle of veins and side muscle ridge. it’s just a weird perspective and the left photo is swollen.

No they are two separate feet the left one the big toe is clearly shorter then the two next to it, then longer then the last. The foot on the right the big toe is longer then all the toes.

Pt 2: This photos focus the underwear he is wearing. We could tell is pretty lose underwear maybe some boxers with a black waistband.
