Matthew daddario

yes married geesh Long Duck dong! LOL
I swear these new Hollywood men get married so fast or have kids. Brad Pitt, George C etc all waited while they were in their prime. I feel like you get more work when you're hot young and able to flirt with producers and directors.

he's married

He’s been married for years and they have a daughter that’s probably 2 years old now. His younger sister (not the actress) is the one who introduced them back when he was fresh out of college and he went to an all male K-12 private school in New York so it’s quite likely that he has never been with anyone else… really mind boggling considering how hot he is.

I also live in New York and have met them both on several occasions at film festivals and events around Manhattan (even bumped into his at a Starbucks on the UES once), they seem like genuinely decent people and make a good couple but I guess I will never understand the desire to get hitched so young, let alone start a family so early in life. But hey, to each their own.

wait... did he shave his legs and arm for the show but kept all the chest hair? don't get me wrong, love the hair but why shave at all??
looking back he didn't have leg hair in shadowhunters either, maybe he just always shaves his legs as a personal preference?

He certainly does not, he hates shaving, even facial hair and has said so many times. They made him shave on SH for easier application of the “runes” which in reality were those fake tattoos you apply to your skin with water. It was also done to age him down a bit because the character he played was a teen in the books the show was based on and they wanted to appeal to that ready made audience as much as possible. Basically he shaves the absolute bare minimum that is required of him by the showrunners, lol.

I doubt it was a personal preference so much as a creative one for the show. It could be about how hair shows on up on camera and/or what they felt was particularly appealing for the look of the character. My guess would be that they kept the chest hair because it looked rugged/sexy, but felt the rest of the body hair might have made him look *too* hairy on-camera (not saying, I agree).
