Not all thicker guys are on roids. When I commented, I was thinking about the thick, country boys that often work on farms and stuff -- not guys that are juiced up. It has to do with body type/genetics. I knew guys in school like that. They were very self-conscious. They also hated how the football and wrestling coaches (and even their dads) bugged them about playing said sports.

Dudes with fake butts?!? I don't personally think that steroids can make an ugly person attractive. At best, it might enhance what you already have. If a biologically-born man is ugly in the face, nothing is going to change that. Certain drugs probably work differently in a biologically-born man vs. a woman. I don't know for sure. I'm just guessing. If men are doing all the things you say, they have serious body-image issues -- more than people talk about.
