This a list that has been passed around this forum, but I’ve made some alterations with all the new evidence that has been shown and unveiled as of late.

The difference between BPEL and NBEL is that BPEL goes from tip to the pubic bone (purest way to measure, everyone at the same starting point), NBEL goes from tip to bit to base not pushed in (this doesn’t account for pubic fat) An example of this would be Lex Steele being fit (8.25) to being fat (8), his BPEL doesn’t change but his NBEL does.
