The first study you posted (Wessels) states an erect length, which I assume to be NBP, of 12.89 cm with a SD of 2.91. That means that 18.71 cm (7.36") and above can be found in 4.54% of men. 95.46% are below that. According to them, the same holds true for erect girths north of 14.92 cm (5.87").

To reiterate what I said before, 7.3x6 is what Chris Diamond and Jason Luv have. Derived from Jason Luv's ruler pic and and Chris Diamond's Monster can pic, which are both very uncontroversial. Now if you're adamant about that 1 out of 5 men (20%!) have at least the same measurements then go ahead. That means 80% of men possess bigger dicks than Jason Luv! Somehow not even 1 out of 5 pornstars seems to have that.

The Barboza study finds an average of BP 17.64 cm. As you can see in Wessels study, the fat pad was on average 2.85 cm (1.12"). That would leave you with an average NBP of 14.79 cm for brazilian black men.
It's not that shocking to me tbh. If I google 'penis length country', google provides a table where Ecuadorian men are listed with an average of BP 17.61 cm.

Why is it far fetched?
Just take the average and the standard deviation and calculate how common 7" would be

You interpretation of that calculation and grapic is wrong.

In short - for things that are normally distributed lie within 1 SD (to the right and left) of the mean 68.27 % of the population, within 2 SD 95.45%, and within 3 SD 99.73%. The graphic and bone-pressed values from the studies' sample you posted claim that 19.42% of the population lie above(!) 15.74 + 2.62 = 18.36 cm. In other words, they come to the conclusion that at least 80.58% of men don't even reach a bone-pressed length of 18.36, which is roughly 15.78 cm non bone-pressed. Add one more SD and you have 20.98 cm, which would be the realm where only 4.54/2 = 2.72% of men are bigger.

And again that's bone-pressed. So subtract the average fat pad mentioned in one of your studies (2.58cm) and you're left with the conclusion that only 2.72% of men have a non bone-pressed penis-length of 18.4cm.
