That curve doesn't look so bad to be peyronie's. I also don't think peyronie's has any impact on size and if it does it may shorten someone's dick.

Priapism is, I believe, a very prolonged erection, that if not relieved naturally or by medical intervention, may lead to cell and tissue death (a.k.a necrosis) due to lack of flow of fresh oxygenated blood..
