Hes up there. The guys that get really hard that are bigger are few and none have quite the same girth even if they are longer. (Mandingo, Lex)

Billy Glide got really hard at a little higher girth imo but he was shorter by a more than marginal amount.

True also Ramon would have a lot more total volume of penis that he is actually using with his extra girth that he has over Mandingo and Lex. Hypothetically if I had the choice I know I would rather have Ramon's dimensions because girth is much more important than length especially when you might have 2 or 3 inches in the case of Lex or Mandingo that you are not actually using during sexual intercourse.
