There are so many issues with that comparison that I don't know where to begin. (The fact that the Doll is not straight and so on). His penis isn't "bended down" it's almost measured vertically. Moreover, I bet you anything Mandingo is adopting his infamous "Mandingo Slouch" - i.e a knees bent, hips thrust forward posture that adds measured and perceived length. There's a lot more than 1/2" being added there IMO. He doesn't look 9NBP to me.

How do you get 9.5"? The actresses finger is at around 9" and his dick is shorter than that. Moreover the ruler is almost under his dick adding even more length. Absolutely no chance in hell is he 9".
*EDIT* Sorry, my bad. I can see her finger is at 9.5. However I do notice that the ruler is very low down - it's almost a bottom side measurement in places. It appears that she's holding most of his dick above the level of the ruler - check the perspective of the shot. More reason to doubt he's 9".

Another reason it looks small is that the ruler is not straight - she's measuring diagonally. I know for certain that this measurement is BS, because apart from the fact that it would mean the actress has giant hands, there is a clear video of him being measured by Diamond Kitty at "only" 8" along the side. I find it difficult to belive that his penis could have grown by that much. Even PE afficionados would find that unlikely.
The trick of angle of measurement is something (along with depth perspective) that few seem to be able to see through when posting measuring pics and purporting that these prove huge sizes for their favourite pornstar. The Mandingo "doll" pictures are a case in point" - not withstanding all the other issues with them, such as the fact that at least one is taken with a fish-eye lens, you can't tell if the doll is parallel to his penis, or at an angle (I suspect the latter). Nor can you tell how far away it is.

You could though, because its vanishingly unlikely. 10" is greater than the 95th percentile for forearm length in women - less than 5% of women have a forearm this length. (Mine is 10" and I'm 6'2" and male). Given that the majority of that 5% would probably be attributable to taller than average women, a 5'4" woman with a 9.5" forearm must be very rare.

Not in the context of this discussion - i.e the fact that big-cock pornstars being as long as their (usually tiny) female co-stars' forearms does not support the contention that they are upwards of 9 and 10" long (bearing in mind that these comparisons are misleading anyway, given that they are always from the side or below).
In any case you seem to have missed the finer points of the statistics I quoted. As I pointed out 10" is greater than 95th percentile for arm length in women - maybe 97th or so. In other words probably only three or four in a hundred women have a forearm this length.
5'8" is tall for a woman in the US - average height is 5'5" or thereabouts. The correlation between height and forearm length may not be precise, but there is a correlation. Few of the very small percentage of women who have a forearm length of 10" or more are going to be of even average height. The number of women with a forearm length in this region below average height is likely to be negligible. Such dimensions would be noticeably incongruous on a petite woman, even on film. I'd bet a lot of money that none of the slight, 5'0", 5'1" and 5'2" female co-stars often found in big cock-porn have forearms anywhere near 10" in length.
Given that measurement from the side can add about an inch to properly measured NBP length (certainly in the BS way its done in porn) a pornstar of 6 or 7" NBP length could easily appear to be as long as the forearms of the small girls often used in big cock-porn when compared in this way. After all, they use girls of this stature precisely in order to exaggerate the size of the penises on show. 7" NBP is a very big penis in the real world, so these guys are not by any means average, but neither are they routinely 9, 10 & 11" or more, as the gullible would have us believe.

Here's an interesting thought-
As digital video and photo analysis software has now gotten to the point where crap like Google Images can scan over a random picture and find similar images, based on the actual content of the photograph, how long do you figure it'll be before we have the ability to lasso or select different elements within a digital photo, and have something spit back fairly accurate dimensioning data? Maybe requiring you to point out one or more reference elements of known size in the picture, and ideally being able to auto-compensate for distance and angle.
Imagine tossing a handful of random Lexington Steele photos on this software, highlighting the penises, having it give back the dimensioning data, then averaging them all out to get something within like a quarter inch accuracy.
Soon after, internet porn nerds would be compiling and archiving such data, and making it available for all to see. Eventually, porn companies would totally give up on even trying to lie about the figures as everybody and their brother would be able to easily check for themselves and get the true numbers. Then ultimately, they'd just start listing their real friggin' sizes along with all the other stats.

Sadly as cool as that would be I doubt it's possible. How would you figure out the size of the reference element? All porn companies would have to do is make sure there werent any standardized objects like cans or anything in the frame. Indeed they could even make miniature versions to trick the software into thinking the penises were bigger.
