Same here. My last GF was what would easily be considered "petite" and it still didn't change anything. I think it goes beyond just sizes, heights and weights. It's just as much into shapes. I remember someone here recently stating that Danny Dong/Matt Hughes had a very "photogenic" cock. I think the right shape and style of dick can look longer, thicker or whatever depending on its proportions, shape and what sort of body it's on. Kinda Sorta. Anything off to the side like that however is generally not, as you can gain length that way. Official seems to be standing with penis straight out, perpendicular to your body, and the ruler or tape laid flat right in the center of the top of your shaft, with the zero right up against your body. Then there's bone pressing (or not) to account for the fat pad.
