Yeah it seems he's had some EQ problems recently - or maybe "the shot" just isn't working as well as it once did etc. The scene he shot with my friend he seemed to have trouble staying fully hard at times and that earlier this year. But I've also seen some rather recent scenes where he looked very hard and was still a bit less impressive than his prime.

Well it's 1.2" for me and I am athletic with 11% body fat. So for guys with more fat it's most likely more than 1.2". It's pretty much safe to say that measuring from the side always gives at least 1" more.

Well, when I Googled Lex and Katie Morgan to try to see that one iruleyou was referring to, one of the first things that showed up was from what I guess is his site (lexdestroys.com). I only skimmed over it for a few seconds, but one of the things I noticed was that the camerawork and/or editing was not up to "monster dick standards". There were many shots where the dick wasn't landing at the center point for proper expansion, and he ended up with a giant ass and hips, and a much smaller dick, or POV where it looked a hundred miles away and everything closer was blown up. There were only a couple side angle shots which looked more like what we expect in that genre, and even those weren't very well cropped, which is probably important for someone who isn't exactly petite.
Maybe he's taken to doing some of that himself, or hasn't got the sort of veterans he had under larger management. Some of it looked like if it were done better we might get something closer to what we all remember. Hope he works that out if he's still doing it. He was a guest on Baisden After Dark years ago and seemed like a really nice guy.
