based on that video, I'd say around 8.25 - 8.5 because it is a soft tape measurement but lets give him an extra 0.25 inch in case hes not at 110% erection.
I heard someone claimed that james deen said he is slightly under 7 in a AMA. I can't seem to find it. That's seems about right. I've been around Lex in the past and that sounds pretty correct for real measurement. when he was at his prime. He's lost some size lately due to fat pad, age etc. He did a scene with a friend of mine recently and I was a bit surprised.

8+ inches is very big - not many guys in the biz that are that - and it can be made to look really enormous on camera etc.
I was just surprised that he had lost some length since the last time I had seen him work.
