i have one question in lex steele measurement the tape is slightly higher than the cock but in yours the top of the tube is higher than the ruler does this make a difference ????

The tape starts a little higher than the cock and it looks like it stays that way but it doesn't. It's hard to tell how far down it goes though, because we don't know about the lateral distance and angle, it's a compensation thing.

The ruler starts at the top of the tube and ends at the bottom, so yes there's probably a bit more of an angle and it would make a difference, but contrary to the Barbie thing I couldn't make it a good match here, there are too many unknown variables.
