That's the real contest with that stuff: Who can take the best dick pictures or make their dick look the biggest? At the very top, you've got the guys who have spent the most time taking pictures of their dicks and probably reading and learning from all this discussion. Videos are a lot harder to get really flattering results from unless you can stick to one or two particular perspectives and not move around much. That's probably why you were less impressed by the one you mentioned. Porn stars have got it the worst as they're often expected to at least do some amount of moving around, though they do have camera guys and editors to track things. It's why a lot of the amateur "look how massive my dick is" clips look like the guy is locked in place with restraints. You rarely see some full body view where the guy moves and turns a lot. The ones that move at all will often just "rotate" from one impressive angle they've found into a second one like they marked out the locations in advance.

Maybe less than 9.5 from that angle. First time I'm downgrading compared to You
ruler or hard tape should be flat and horizontal, when you angle a tape or ruler like that veritcally top to bottom it allows the highest point to reach further back bone pressed. And the higher you go above the pubic mound, the further back you can reach, but you are not really measuring your dick at that point.
