A little advice - next time when making a ruler - bevel the edges and make sure when you drill the hole so it's clean and not splintering.

Nope. It's not. Not when you get the ruler even remotely close to the penis being measured. She's angling the tape like a foot away - haha.

it depends on his fat pad though man. A thinner guy isn´t going to lose 0.25 of an inch from that laying down vs standing position. And obviously the BP will be the same no matter where it is taken as long as it is a legit BP.
Also, let me add another thing. Using your criteria for measuring it does make sense how you are getting 0.25 to 0.5 of an inch less than what is commonly being argued. Guys on PE forums etc are going by the measuring criteria that me and Lance bass go by which we base off many studies and what seems to be the worldwide consensus. I think top side measurements that are NON BP are legit. And obviously BP measurements are legit but in terms of functionality they are not because while it is the physiological penis it is not usable during sex.
Do you think Billy Glide is longer than Manuel Ferrara? And also what do you estimate Ferraras girth if he is only 6.25 long?
first of all i said i am not familiar with the slayer guy i searched for his photos and i guessed he could be 7" (never said 7.3" btw
) but i also said it is not accurate it is just my estimation based on some pictures i didn't fully analyzed him so don't talk about him like if he was measured/confirmed at 7" second you can't just say he looks an inch longer when they never did a scene together
