It is a fake ruler indeed, looks very cheap. Just look at the back of the ruler, didn't even bother to make it yellow as the rest of it. My bet is that they took a 10 inch piece of plastic, and glued on a fake 12 inch measurement. What's the deal with everyone hyping Napier as a 14 incher anyway? Those "measurements" are ridiculous not just individually but in comparison with one another--e.g., Dick Rambone is said to have 16 inches and John Holmes a mere 13; Billy Glide 10 inches and Peter North only 8 1/2 (which is actually the only figure there that may be within an inch of reality); etc.

Anyhow, I have no idea how do people keep believing these ridiculous numbers(anything over 10 inches). It seems to me that people today will believe anything they hear without using their heads first, no matter how stupid it sounds.

DJ is correct in noticing that there is some element of distortion in the photo, but it is just the effect of the wide-angle lens and the placement of the camera so close to Danny Dong's dong.
