Can someone post the best and scenes from video? This answers so much
1) I would do PE for length and the slight maybe 0.25 to max maybe 0.5 it can give you for girth. From all i have seen. PE can give up to about 1.25 inches of length gain. Or 1 inch. So can surgery. But girth? All i have seen shows no real large over 0.25 inch girth gains cknfirmed by PE except by surgery. But i have read too many horror storied about girth surgery also the way it is done is more messy and intense on the penis than length. Length surgery is an easier process.
