The bottle she is using is called the Gatorade Tiger the Tiger is listed at 8.4 inches. If the bottle was 8 inches that means he’d be 7inches the way he is measured from his leg.
I will agree that potentially the penis and the bottle are not on the same plane as one of her hands are closer to the camera then the other one.
However as I theorized, he’s been measured before incorrectly on the side.

Oh I see the problem. You are looking at Gatorade (Australia) [7.97] and I am looking at Gatorade Tiger [8.39] Both are exactly alike except the Tiger is taller.
It’s safe to assume the 8.39in ‘Gatorade Tiger’ was the one used in measuring Charlie because it was produced in America while the 7.9in Gatorade (Australia) was produced in Australia.
He actually looks 10.5-11 in that image, even though he clearly isn’t. Only the shadow is 9.5. Not really a good picture to use because of the angle but I do agree with your estimate. This is a better measurement for Macc

Yeah, giving him the benefit of the doubt, the tape here starts at 1 and ends 9 ish, thus giving him 8 ish on the side.

Here is the video of Charlie Mac being measured. I aim to give the benifit of the doubt to all performers and I try my best to not downplay them. In the video, they constantly push for the 9- 10 inches which him but then the measuring starts at 2, and you can visually place how it would measure up. He is about 8 inches on the side and that means he’d be about 7.75-7.50.

would need to see some still photos of him. I dont know how to take them from video to do that so if someone can. Then hand analysis test can be done on him. From the clip in the video looks closer to 5 inch girth to me than 5.5
