How can anyone believe he is under 8 based on the above? Count it out, he is well over 8". The measurement above is closer to my estimate. This guy based on the tape measurement above is over 8 inches.
Based from the above, I would say he is close to 9 inches, I stick with my 8.75 claim. This is not based on any fantasy claim. A fantasy claim is saying this guy is 10 or 11 inches. I am merely arguing this guy is in the 8" range.

It is more than 8 though because the measurement does not start from where a normal measurement should start, the tape starts away from his body. There is a clear 8 inches visible on the tape, but it is away from his body, so more must be added. It's debatable about how much.
