We don't really know what the Coates/Abrams project was/in adaptin and what the Jordan/Outlier Society was adapting. Rumors flew that Jordan was looking at Val-Zod and Coates at Calvin Ellis but there's no proof that was actually true.

That being said, I do get a laugh from the folks around here. "Aside from being the star and producer of one of the biggest franchises running currently, and having directed the most recent film, he's really got nothing going on."
