I can't speak for him but in most cases the outsourced agency has a small set of pre-made videos of likely requests (underwear shot, JO, cum shot) and the agency will try to "persuade" the requester to something that aligns with one of those ("would you rather see me cum? it's hotter!"). I guess if the $ is high enough they might go to the model with the info.

I had to log in to OF to look it up. $25 + deceptive wording...that's the scam, right there. It's not that the video is bad. It's actually hot. But stuff like that should just be on the feed, and the PPV should be the full enchilada as advertised.
Personally I don't even think there should be any PPV, but that's just me.
BTW this is an interesting LPSG thread where subscribers can list OF scammers.

You do the report through support. Do it under transactions/charges, take a screenshot of the ppv and then say it doesn’t match the description.
