Another one is near the end of Spiderman and Spoiler alert for anyone that have played it.

Where Peter has to choose between making a cure for everyone in NYC or saving aunt may an she dies right in front of him because he had to do the right thing. And right before she died she let him know that she knew he was spiderman
Spider-Man for me too, but specifically his "dusting" scene post Thanos' snap near the end of Infinity War always gets me in the feels.

The opening of "Black Panther" when Okoye and T'Challa breach the cloaking shield and you get to see Wakanda in all its glory...I almost start tearing up off some ancestors shit everytime.

Not a Movie but a TV series, Game Of Thrones when Hodor was killed off, the character only had one line repeated over and over, he never did anyone no harm, got me angry and upset in equal measure.

Ooooo.....
Ok.
The last five minutes of Saving private ryan....
The Abyss... The scene at the dive pool, where bud tries to bring back Lyndsey from drowning.
Doc holliday, talking to wyatt earp in the sanitarium, as he's dying.

Those three scenes do me in, every time.
