I’m not gonna get into arguments or debates. But I promise you he’s not black. I’ve not seen his Dad, but I have seen his Mum, sisters etc. in the UK we don’t have the 1 drop rule. But as someone who’s a mutual from a younger age, I’ve never known him to mention being black. The end.

Yes they would. They have similar phenotype that's associated with most biracials of Black & White ancestry. Caramel Badboy is biracial too. . Brazilians?!? Brazil has the most Black population outside Africa. The gag is, there are Black Brazilians with his phenotype, who are very proud of their Blackness.
