Just checking in with everyone who is enjoying their lives to the fullest with a big fat Loria cock. This thread always seems to develop into something different, but is always informative. Human nature is immutable.

I am new to the forum and have read pretty much every page and want to thank everyone for talking and documenting their procedures. I have been researching this for quite a while and have decided to go through with the filler instead of Penuma.

has anyone done the procedure with Dr Malik? And also for those that have had it for years, how are things today as opposed to when you first had it done. Still very positive and happy? Any issues long term? Kept most of the girth over time and partners still enjoying it?

I'm going in 3 years in February from 1st procedure and about 18months from 2nd procedure. Once it's settled I haven't lost any girth. Nice thing with this procedure is you can keep going til you like your girth. Like some mentioned, when there's retraction it can kind of look like there's some foreskin but not an issue. Someone like me with real bad retraction probably need to go in for touch up and LEEP. I think because of retraction my girth near base is .25" less than near glans. Overall, I had great experience and Loria and his assistants are fantastic.

Not sure about others but I love it when I'm taking a shower or changing and I can see the shadow of my penis. Can't wait to get LEEP and get even thicker. Lol

Has anyone had more growth after 90 days? I don't know why but its growing again. Im on day 108 and I have gained almost 3/4" in girth in the last week. It has been 7 1/8" to 7 1/4" since day 40, now in the last week I'm all of a sudden 7 3/4" to 7 7/8" girth. Now I'm back to making slow loven again, she's having a bit of a problem with it. Im thinking maybe being out of the wrap 24hrs a day is letting grow again. I really don't want to be any bigger than it is now. You think wrapping it a couple more weeks may help? Not that I want to wrap it any more, was happy to be done with it.

Sounds great, but are you still taking the same amount of collagen, and are you keeping up with the diet and food intake they suggest? Just wondering, after 90 days I kinda stopped taking the doubled up amounts of collagen.
 
I quit taking collagen supplements around day 70 /75 this round when I ran out. Also stopped eating two oranges daily and sunflower seeds about the same time. Only thing I eat regularly in that diet is oatmeal. The only thing I changed this round is I take tongkat Ali and fadogia agrestis for my workouts instead of test x180 ignite because it's half the price. I did notice that those two pills will give you more random erections like when I was a teenager...?
 
Has anyone heard of a medical product named Urofill? It was developed to aid in giving men thicker penises. Dr Paul Perito began a trial years ago and it's now approved by the FDA.

My next appointment is November 23. A recent MRI has shown that while I still have infection and an abscess, even after a month of powerful antibiotics and a needle drain procedure, the infection is greatly reduced and so is the size of the swelling. The MRI notes persistent, generalized edema as a result of “infected, injected foreign matter” i.e. the silicone. That’s actually an improvement.

My result photos from round two I thought looked ok, but I wouldn’t claim great. What was almost impossible to see in the pics I posted was the protruding lump on the right base of the penis. This is the part that ultimately developed the abscess where excess filler was injected. It’s also made my penis twist to the left especially when flaccid. This compounds the problem with peeing as my penis now points to the left and I spray to the extreme right. The underside of the glans was also never quite right and probably won’t be again.

As far as what went wrong, I’m really not even sure. Round one was fairly simple. Round two, I had complications right from the start within 24 hours of the procedure with pain, blistering, swelling. I will say that my second experience was also very off with the nursing staff. In round one, the male nurse, Guillermo, checked-in on me every three days and he always answered promptly. In round two, I had a female nurse who, while very nice, never once sent me the the 72-hour text message asking for pics or to see how I was doing. I always had to chase her around to get her attention.

Unlike you and someone else, the second round of injections during the actual procedure did not hurt at all. I felt nothing and was comfortable throughout. The numbing cream worked fine for me. It was as I was leaving Miami where I had intense pain and found myself covered in blisters, but that was all back in July. Fast forward to today— for the pain of cellulitis, I was first given Oxycodone. The pain got so intense I got moved up to Dilaudid and then IV Dilaudid. Once that stopped working, and it only stopped working because the abscess was getting so much larger and they couldn’t get me drainage right away due to the silicone blocking the view of the ultrasound guidance, I was given Fentanyl. That kept me very comfortable for several days until I could make it in for drainage surgery using CT guidance which was able to get a view that penetrated better through the silicone. Now that I’m home, I have Dilaudid tablets to take and eventually will decrease them them.

One thing— I have to have MRI’s now regularly to track progress. My primary doctor said that if I show any signs of returning abscess, I will have to have a drain tube installed and it will be quite painful.

Another thing—if you ever do need imaging, ultrasound can’t see through the silicone. You’ll have to have CT, MRI or both.

Last thing—I’m young and until this was in excellent health. If you are older or do have some underlying medical problem, it’s possible that could exacerbate any infection you get from the filler.

I thought these three pictures would be helpful for anyone wondering about how they may look after two shaft and three glans procedures. Your gains may be entirely different, of course.

I was already circumcised, and as you can see here in the first picture, the flaccid hang I achieved compared to my original size is simply incredible. I would guess it's about 5 1/2" to 6" flaccid today. I am 8" long when erect after losing some more body fat, which is about a 1/2" improvement compared to when I had the work done.

Good or bad, I have a huge bulge in my pants, and this larger size requires specialty pouch underwear if you want to be comfortable wearing underwear, and don't want your cock hanging down your leg. I wear mostly dark colored lu lu lemon warpstreme fabric based pants, the fabric stretches to allow for a more comfortable fit in the crotch. Darker colors are more manageable to camouflage you bulge size. If I have underwear on, I wear either wildman or trophy boys, but the bulge is still considerable. It's simply harder to see the outline of my cock with dark colored fabrics and underwear on.

Your bulge will be noticeable, regardless. People will stare, you will catch more men staring than women. Women are simply more crafty and subtle about it. It can definitely get weird.

As you can also see when flaccid the glans is now typically retracted into the "new" foreskin. It is also NOT an OEM looking flaccid penis. It's not an OEM looking penis when it's erect either, - how many 8" long x 7 1/2" thick penis's have you ever seen? As a species, this is not a natural size.

The second picture is obviously during vaginal sex, as I have said many times, erection quality is now critical. The Dr. did a nice job tapering me so I am thicker at the middle and up to the pelvis. There is still some heavy creasing and wrinkles if I am not totally "rock hard", and my wife is not fully "open", and her cervix has not tilted down and back so I can fully enter her. 8" is a lot of length for most women to take.

The third picture is to better show the glans work, and the tapering Dr. Loria used to achieve a more natural look when erect after my three glans procedures.

Awesome stats Joe, I will be going in for my second round, shaft and glans in two months. We have been having a blast with the results of round one, really looking forward to getting massive round two.
