I think the focus should be more on people not having reactions to a substance that is incompatible with the body. There are tons of guys out there who, whether through Loria, previously available options in Mexico or self injection have had silicone for some time with no major issues. However, eventually the issues start and it's an absolute mess to deal with when it does.
That said if you're good, leave it be and live your life. I can't really tell anyone what to do but I know what I'd be fine with in my body or not and I've seen enough bad to know how horrific it can be. And it's difficult to even find docs willing to deal with those issues.
And yes, I've had a few sessions of PMMA and I also have a fair bit of HA over top now
So update. 2ed procedure went awesome. Doctor Loria and I talked in length about my concerns and the comments out there. It was nice to talk medicine with him.

After my first procedure I was about 5.75 at the base 5.25 under my glans
Hopefully I can get close to 7in this time. I’m post op day 5 and I’m 7.5in now but I know I’m swollen. It would be nice to not have to go back but I know that I want to be 7.5 at the base and 7 at the top.

I’m halfway through my second round, just wanted to update you all. Second round was a breeze, no problems and it’s healing nicely. Like before I will take measurements a few months after the wrap just to get a real measurement with out being swollen etc.
All in all it’s big, I’m guessing I’ll be close to the 7” club, I did measure the head and it was measuring in at 6in, which was my biggest shaft measurement last round.
No complications, and I’m feeling good.

Keep you posted. I did take a measurement on the head yesterday because it felt incredibly huge, measured in at 6” around, if that’s the case my mid shaft and base is 7 or over… we’ll see in a few months.

Hey guys question for y’all. Has anybody used a penis extender for manual PE after you have filler done? I’m contemplating giving it a go to see if I can add some length but I don’t want to mess up my filler.

Agreed. I’m going to wait and finish the full recovery and then ask. I’m curious if I added length would it mess up the way my filler as settled.

Got a quick hard on (not a raging one) and easily hit 6.5. Today I’m hitting more like 6.75. It’s nuts how the collagen comes in like that.

Stinging sensation - right under the glans usually has an accumulation of filler. The stinging is from the wrap being too tight and putting too much pressure there. I find the stunning more pronounced on your first procedure.
Try loosening the wrap a little is my best suggestion. If you want to add more pressure because of being uncircumcised then add an additional toe pad.

Will do it’s crazy tho he added over 110 ccs my first procedure. He seemed cool and his assistant was cool as well praying for good results I need some tips that helped you guys I feel like these first two weeks are very important

best advice I got from Joe on here. Take collagen supplements!!! I think it has helped a ton. I’m post op day 28 from my procedure and I feel the collagen I’ve been taking has helped get big gains. I’m over and inch in gains right now and still growing.

I can’t give you the procedure results yet let’s wait a month but I definitely hit slightly over 7 inches girth when I measured 2 days after procedure but I know it’s swollen haven’t measured length yet but I’m definitely hanging lower
You’re going to have great results. This is my personal opinion but I think 7s is the best length. Trying to get there.
Joe recommended vital proteins collagen powder. Been mixing it in my protein shakes. I get the one that has the hyaluronic acid in it. HA is actually used in PE and some doctors will just inject that.
Start taking it now and take as much as possible. You’ll pee the excess out.
