Trying to decide between two different HA filler providers here in dallas. One is Phallofill, who will do 6 units per session every 3 weeks (i would need 3 sessions) and they will only do it every 3 weeks. They say the reason why is bc overfill can cause HA to absorb, or cause an immune system response.
The other place will do as much as I need, within reason and safety, all in one. This place also treats WHILE ERECT, whereas phallofill does when flaccic.
The 2nd place is slightly more expensive than phallofill, and is performed by an actual urologist while phallofill is not.
Any thoughts? My consultation is in a few hours, but I may decide to treat on the spot. any advice would be appreciated, or pros and cons for anyone that has done this in Dallas or elsewhere. From what I can tell, they both use the same injecting technique in theory, but im sure the actual HA filler concoction is different between providers.

More fills with smaller volumes is the best approach. However neither sounds like they'd be really high volume either way so you'd be fine. It's usually once you start going past 10-15 units per session that things are less than ideal.
I had PMMA and have a lot of HA in addition to that.

Question you having length or girth done had girth happy with results. wondering if anyone had length done. Also if the Cuban restaurant is still open next door pretty good. Good luck dude
I’m having the girth. Circumcision and supplement then 6 months later, will do shaft and glands. Starting at 5.8 girth. Hope to be around 7.5 when done. I have been pumping to stretch my skin so he can hopefully add a lot of filler on the the first treatment.
I don’t know of anyone having LEEP besides what is in the website. He said LEEP goes better (the penis accepting the sleeve) if girth treatments have been done first.
He talks about it in the first few mins of this video.

Hey everyone . Apologies if this is already on the website and I missed it , but can anyone who has been 5+ yrs post Loria procedure share how they’re doing ? Any complications ?

I decided to not have the procedure after not being able to get a hold of the majority of the people in this thread being proponents of it, or getting VERY short replies from them. Also after looking at the long term stability of PDMS. I read Loria’s patent, which is interesting. The long term stability of collagen made by the patient and the fact that pdms does not degrade and can migrate (less likely if viscosity is “high”) is what made me decide it wasn’t for me.
Not with loria. In Texas. But I have now had 3 procedures done (HA filler) and have gotten approximately 22 units. I’m at 6” girth erect now. Feel free to shoot me a msg if anyone has questions. I definitely needed touch up rounds and revisions and it certainly takes lots of molding by hand
Yes, HA is a very different situation imo. How long do your results last?
We will see...different for everyone. doc says 18 months to a few years. It feels nice and heavy and is huge hanging soft (unlike my past) so I am generally happy. Always dreamed of being thick and now I am!
4.25 to basically 6" girth, quite the difference in my bulge too.
