I saw the beefy blonde guy in the blue plaid shorts on a daytime talk show back in the 90s after this issue was released. He was so cocky and confident while the talk show host showed his pics to the women in the audience. He looked much better on TV than he does on the cover. In the late 2000s, I searched online to see if it was posted somewhere, but I have only found the printed issue for sale on amazon. I didn't buy it, since it's not that big a deal to me. But it is fair to say this issue of College Hunks is the most elusive. I'd still love to see what that cocky man is working with! If anybody has it, please scan and post.
