Worked out again tonight. My setup is over 23 years old!!! Not sure how long I have been working out naked, but it's been a long time. Every few months I have to clean off the the dried precum on my bench so I can start fresh.

I've been doing that more with my home workouts. Feels great and is quite freeing. Just have to be careful with the kettlebells.
