Navel piercing question?

If you get your navel pierced can you go right to jewelry or do you have to wear something simple until it heals?

Something simple and not likely to be snagged. There is a ton of blood supply and vital bits in the belly button area, any ouch is more prone to infection and bleeding.

Silicone retainers are good for flexibility and being non-reactive for most folks.
