New Measures To Combat Bullying And Unnecessarily Mean Posts On Lpsg

No disrespect but you guys as the mods need to do better then. You guys should look into the reports you receive with more thoroughly to figure wheather it's a genuine report or not.

Too many people on here abuse the report button and without a second thought you guys just issue out warnings without seeing if it's a legit problem or if the person reporting is actually the causing the issues in the threads
Thanks for the feedback. We work hard to continually improve. We will never make all users happy. We do our best with the resources we have.

Respectfully disagree. The mods are sending a message "Being a total dick, just because you are safe as an anon behind your keyboard is not going to be tolerated here." Manners matter. I have had issues with mods on occasion, but they seem to be consistent and just wipe entire chain replies that are a hott mess, and that I am cool with.

I support basic internet laws and cyberbullying laws. But here's something I see and isn't being addressed: why is it okay to bash models/performers/celebs if they prefer the political right? I had to settle the tension on some posts due to one single person screeching how some performer's political inclination infuriated them and I said I could care less, I'm here to socialize and see hot guys naked lul! If there's going to be stricter monitoring here, it should also protect them as well and not allow people to attack them.

It isn't.

Any post that you consider to be some type of political argument or attacks based on political views will be removed IF you report them. They will be removed. The mods don't endorse political debates period and they don't "allow" attacks on right wing people. But they can't remove content they are not aware of. The onus is basically on you to bring light to the situation

Yyeeaahh but again, it really depends on the mood of the mod reading it. I’ve reported people calling models POS and their comments were not removed.

I think the system needs a bit more uniformity imo.

Things can always be bumped up to the Admins if you don't feel a Mod handled it well enough.

It's not. Please remember that LPSG is Report-based. That means we don't police threads looking for problematic content. If you see content you believe violates our Rules, please Report it and we'll review and take appropriate action. Including any political discussion, regardless of right or left slant, as political discussion of any kind is not allowed.

I can't speak to your generalization so feel free to PM me with specific examples of what you are stating here. Always happy to look into your concerns.

Yes, you can. I would hope that anyone would seek resolution with the Mod involved prior to escalating it.

We do our best. We are human.

As such, we are not perfect.

But I will say I think we get a lot more right than not. ;)

I don't do empathy.

I'm also noticing the website becoming a nanny state since the new owner took over. You can't post external links. Guess they're scared of people getting off else where.

If I want to call someone out or tell them to fuck off that's my choice and my right. Don't like it? NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!
Why do I feel like you’re one of those people who are unnecessarily rude to customer service agents or restaurant staff because “that’s what they get paid for”?

I hate to tell you this, man (no, that’s a lie. in fact, I WANT to tell you this; not just you, but anyone who thinks this attitude is anything other than COMPLETELY WRONG), but people who think like you are a HUGE part of the problem. These creators don’t choose to do this just to experience this BS any more than customer service agents or restaurant staff do.

I’ve worked as a CSA, supervisor, and currently as a manager, LITERALLY fresh out of school and before I left for college. I can’t even begin to number the amount of rude, disrespectful, crass, and entitled people I’ve encountered over all these years. It’s not what I nor anyone else “signs up for”, and even though I can “take it”, I NOR ANYONE ELSE SHOULD HAVE TO.

I hope you’re being “edgy” just to piss people off and get you five minutes of fame. However, ALL the signs I’ve seen thus far point to you actually being a legitimately (and I dare say intentionally) rude, crass individual who puts others down to build himself up.

How truly sad that is… because I’m willing to bet my last dollar that at some point, there was a decent person underneath the faux, “tough guy” exterior who was genuinely kind.

At least I hope there was, for your sake if no one else’s.

Was there really a need to make a response to a 2+ year old post from a guy who is no longer even on these forums?

it's because when people got their posts reported, taken down and got warnings, they'd start spamming report on every post out of spite, so now if you get a post of yours reported and you're pissed about it, you can't fill up the admins' inboxes with petty reports
Thanks for information

My goal has always been for LPSG to be a sexy, friendly, and enjoyable community. I want everyone to feel welcome here. I want your experience at LPSG to be as positive as possible. Hence, this message to all of you.

There is one part of LPSG that has bothered me since I took over. That is the nastiness shown towards some performers. While this behavior is a very small part of LPSG it can be so nasty it makes all of LPSG look bad. There are some threads and comments that are hard to read. I think this is unfair, unwarranted and something we'd like to change.

Starting today we are going to make LPSG a nicer place.

The first thing we'd like to do is reduce is the number of unnecessarily mean comments.
A mean comment is one that intends, is meant, to hurt someone.

Examples of Unnecessarily Mean Comments....
  • They're/You're Ugly
  • They're/You're Fat
  • They're/You're skinny
  • They're/You're dumb
These are just a few examples.
Instead of posting "Mr. LPSG's Ugly" Post "Mr. LPSG's Not My Type".

Better yet, if you don't have anything nice to say don't comment. There seems to be this desire by a few Members to make performers feel worse about themselves. If you are posting to simply try to attack a performer please don't.

How will Unnecessarily Mean Comments be Handled?

First, it is important to remember LPSG works on a reporting system. So as this type of content is reported our team will review it and make a decision.

If the post was made before today it will be edited (to remove the mean part) or deleted.
If the post is made after today....
1st time. The user will receive a friendly reminder from us.
2nd time. The user will receive a warning.
If the user continues this behavior, they may end up being banned, either temporarily or permanently.

Being unnecessarily mean adds no value to a thread or to LPSG; not to mention it indirectly impacts the people who may like that particular performer. Repeated mean comments are a form of bullying towards a performer or person and that isn't acceptable. Users who do this will also be banned from posting in that thread in the future.

CyberBullying
There are two key factors that determine whether someone is bullying someone else or not.
1. The intent to harm
2. Repeated acts of threat or aggressive behavior.
This too will not be allowed on LPSG.

What are some forms of such bullying?
Nasty and humiliating comments
Sharing photos for the sole purpose of ridiculing someone
False information that can be damaging to the person's reputation

We will also not allow
Doxxing.
Trying to out a person.
Threatening to contact their family.
Trying to cancel a person.
Trying to hurt a person's reputation.
Sharing social media photos of someone's family (namely parents).

These are all forms of abuse that we do not want on LPSG.

Anyone making posts with such content that are reported will receive a warning; multiple warnings could lead to a ban. Any user who receives a warning for this may be banned from replying to that thread again in the future.

Please note... We are not asking users to go on a mass reporting crusade. Mass reporting is very disruptive to our moderating team. In general, if you have a few posts to report try to limit it to 5. That allows us to get to the really important reports like illegal content, spam, and harmful links.

Let me assure you this is in no way an attempt to censor you. You can still speak your mind. You are free to say when a performer is not worth the money. You are free to post when you've been scammed. You can talk about being disappointed and underwhelmed by a performer.

We are just asking you to be a little more mindful about the posts you make. The less negativity found on LPSG the more enjoyable it will be for all of us.

My goal is to make LPSG a more enjoyable community for all LPSG Users. I believe these measures will be a huge step in the right direction.

If you have any comments or suggestions regarding this I'm all ears. Thank you for reading and being here!

Thanks to all in advance for your cooperation.
Mr. LPSG and the LPSG Team!

It’s not reality on any place on the planet except for fairytales. You are seeking nirvana, Shangri-La on a PORNO SITE how idealistic and extraordinarily optimistic. Nobody comes to a porn site seeking enlightenment or Emily Post like manners, they come……to cum. You are hurling pearls before swines dude.

Honestly, i dont like the notion that any form of critique is seen as "bullying" especially among gay dudes. In fact, its a HUGE disservice because youre not making these people deal with reality for real. Got these guys thinking they can get away with things they can get in trouble for such as posting ONLYFANS content. Thats one thing that irks me about the gay space. Way too many folks thinking they can get away with doing things they know theyre dead wrong for and/or they would have to deal with the authorities with.

This is wildly off-topic, verging on homophobic...and this isn't a Gay specific site anyway.

i mean there's a huge issue that people don't know the difference between a joke and being mean. and that does on both sides. someone will say something that's mean and they think it's a joke. but someone will say something that's a joke, but someone takes it as being mean and reports the post. the latter being caused mostly due to communication being delivered in text form, where it's harder to understand the tone in which something is meant to be read as. but there's a lot of people who will just be nasty to everyone because they think it's funny, because they think talking here is a rpdr reading challenge.
sometimes it does come down to the person reporting it seeing something as mean spirited. but there's a big difference between saying "you're a fat fuck" and "get some glasses if you think that's him". the former is just insulting someone for no reason whatsoever, the other is making a joke at someone who must have face blindness is they think some random twink looks like a celebrity. and the latter isn't exactly the type of stuff mods are trying to combat, it's the former.
the only downside of all of this is not being able to call ourselves or each other faggots, as that will get you a warning
