If they submit it for an Emmy, sure (BAFTAS are more likely cause it's a British production and those very rarely get an Emmy nomination; Peaky Blinders for example never got an Emmy nomination) but the character is still queer. There are articles being written about it and his past queer roles...

You could be right though, but that would be a super dumb move and will actually attract more unwanted attention, I think.
British productions can definitely get a lot of emmys love if they've a great american distributor.... fleabag sweeped in 2019 despite being british.... and the fact that it's coming on either AMC or STARZ in america is a good sign...

I know you didn't mean it that way, but gay men can be just as mainly and aggressive as our straight brothers. Not attacking you or anything cause I know what you meant and i agree it's HOT!
Oh....he's trybogus01....the great homosexuality denier....he definitely meant it that way....

I was just on a flight with the old clunkers that still have the DirectTV screens. Anyway, the pre-departure previews was pushing RWRB for passengers to watch on one of the DirectTV channels. They had the full trailer that hints at the sex scenes and a gay kiss.

I had to smile because we now live in a world where a gay romance movies can be pushed as a viable option for a plane full of passengers. It may not seem like a lot but I have never seen a gay movie promoted so publicly in a "family friendly" space during the boarding process.

Thanks to Nicholas for helping us break more barriers.

Edit: It was a United flight.
Oh thanks to point that it was a UA flight, I flew American couple weeks ago from Buenos Aires to Chicago via Miami and it wasnt there, then Iberia from Chicago to Madrid, wasnt there either. Then today on Latam from Barcelona and nada :pensive:

Speaking of that... not that it proves/means anything but the eyebrow thing is wrong. Yes, it's the same brow but it's higher than Luke's. Luke's cut or however it's called was more towards the eyebrow tail while this one is more towards the area between the eyebrows. So... if he actually did this on his own because he liked the look I'll die
Looks like he got his eyebrow caught in the zipper of someone's pants. But how?

she didnt answered about the eyebrow but the haircut is hers
I dont fully understand the diff btw grooming and stylist
what is exactly the grooming part?
bc many times it doesnt include hair cut

Re: him trying to refocus his career in the future and Mary & George. I'm pretty sure there'll be a lot of sex with women in the show too, they put the man on man stuff in the trailer bc it attracts more attention. Anyway I agree that him getting away from the queer stuff is a reality, he even talked about being afraid to do sequels when he was asked about doing a RWRB one in the past, so I could see him rejecting that as well if offered...

I think it looks better on Nick actually, but he should have gone for a necklace too I think. He looks good in pearls...

He should wear it the same way with the model (no top and buttoned-up jacket), pair with pearl necklace :joy: 200% better

Grooming is makeup and hair, styling is all about the outfit, shoes and accessories...

To be honest, I don't like the suit he wore at all, lol. I actually don't like it when celebrities are brand ambassadors cause their options are limited, and on top of that, if you're not working in tandem with the stylist, the looks are gonna be underwhelming, just like this one...

But I still have hopes that we can get Babygirl in better outfits in the future. I need Nick to slay for next year's Fashion Week.

Wide lapels are a no-no anyway. Just cos someone somewhere has decided it is time for wide labels again, but they are not flattering except on rake-thin guys and very fitted. Nick is quite chunky from all the rugby and soccer he did at school. He looks quite uncomfortable in that outfit tbh.

Jesus, somebody feed that skinny thing on the right before he keels over and breaks a hip.

I agree on the necklace. It was a good fit, except the pants. They really should have been hemmed in at the bottom. But he wore it really well. Too bad he didn’t have the purse with him for the red carpet though. :joy:

I think it's one of the better Fendi looks he's worn, personally. Not a fan of the oversized look, this jacket is at least more flattering on him. It'd be nice if he wasn't tied to this brand though. He looked so good in that one Prada shoot. He's talked about wanting to be more daring and playing with more "femme" looks fashion wise and I just wish he would?

:eyes: Can we expect some M&G promo soon?

That's a problem.
When you cast gay actors for movies like RERB, they are more than happy being a part of it, even want to do more sequels coz they don't have a concern of being fixated to those roles that they don't really relate to.
The worst scenario would be years later, the actor ridicule the movie which made him famous and opened the door to the film industry.
