Not to be an asshole like you just were, but the possibility of being charged doesn't guarantee he would have been charged. There are any number of reasons he wouldn't have been charged- you know, like if no one reported it to the authorities lol

See things like that don't happen frequently. It's even more rare for a minor to be jailed for having their nudes leaked. Now if he leaked it himself to the internet that is different. There have been many minors, including celebs who have had their nudes leaked. There is a fucking reason why they are not jailed.
