Please educate yourself on cyber laws and don't say someone is making shit up after all the ass pulled assumptions you just spewed. Also most people don't find ego fragility to be an attractive quality.

The relevant laws are intended to protect minors. It is rare for a minor to be prosecuted for distributing his/her own nudes unless s/he sends them directly to someone else who is underage. Your statement is inaccurate. And what was your point? That the questionable photos should be posted? Are you that desperate to see nudes of young guys?

you know with all the talk of his underage nudes, no one is thinking of the obvious thing, just bait him again now that he is of age and get brand new fully legal nudes from him, simple really, someone did it once, they could try again

It's only rare because they don't get caught that doesn't make them immune. These have gotten enough attention, he would have not gotten away with it. Thanks for the cheap accusation. While we're at it, I wouldn't be surprised if you probably have them or looked at them still believing he's underage. And you're acting all vigilant to cover your ass.

Getting caught is part of it, but prosecutors decline to bring such charges against minors in most cases unless they sent the nudes to OTHER minors. They are far more likely to prosecute adults who possess the images than the minor depicted in them. You're working way too hard to downplay the seriousness of trafficking in underage images.

Though specifically the most likely prosecution involving a minor is if one minor share nudes with another who then shares the nudes around to friends. I have not read of a minor who was prosecuted for sharing their own nudes, at least not recently. Since it is a new phenomenon the legal approach has evolved. The only circumstances where I could see a prosecution is if the nudes were unwanted by the recipient...more an issue of harassment.

True, although the broader the circulation, the more likely it is reported so it comes to the attention of law enforcement. Even when the images are reported/discovered by law enforcement, there aren't cases that I've seen where the minor in the images is prosecuted except where s/he sent them to another minor. My point was that the fact of non-prosecution of the person in the images is not a reliable basis to assume he was not a minor when the images were created.
