I would imagine his representation found out about the onlyfans and shut it down telling him it wouldn't be helpful to his career. His excuse never made sense to me.

I mean if he just stopped posting without giving say a 30 day window. I don't recall how he did it exactly, but if you're encouraging people to subscribe and then immediately stop posting without notice that's kinda scammy.
I'm not saying I think he scammed anyone, just that he made a stupid decision that he regretted and then lied about why he was stopping in an attempt to save face.

As hot as the idea was, I’m actually glad he ended his Onlyfans. Some people think that he owed them something grand (full frontal dick pics, jerk off vids, etc) just because they are fans and maybe threw a few dollars at him. Guess what? He’s was not obligated to make adult porn content. He was pretty clear about it all. It was hot that he showed some sexy risqué content while he was on it. But he knows the gay community can be very toxic and fickle, and probably regretted starting an OF after a short while and rightly so. He’s a young, sweet (but maybe just a tiny bit naïve) gay man and made a misstep. Sometimes giving into fan demands, fun as it sounds, it not best for one’s acting career or mental health. He’s been in at least 4 major Hollywood films that were profitable. So it’s kind of silly to think he was gonna transition into some new twink pornstar lol. Hope he continues to have success in his career.

The issue is that the excuse was so obviously fake.
That's not your business. First if all that's just a claim anyway. You can't actually prove his reason was completely fake.
He doesn't owe any of us an explanation. He could have said absolutely nothing and it wouldn't matter. He gave a reason (true or not) so at least his subscribers would feel more at ease about the decision.
