Both are true! I am in my 40’s and all of my partners are in their 20’s. Half the time I’m the top, half the time I’m the bottom. I love both roles with twinks!

For me its the other way around. I.ve only had sex with older men and they find it weird to be topped by a younger guy, so I am usually the bottom.

Since I started my sexual life, all my sexual partners have been older guys. I am vers and I have ocationally topped, but I have mostly been the bottom, so i´d say the stereotype has been mostly true for me. In part, it has been because the men say its weird for them to have such a yong guy top them (not only I am younger, but I am also a babyfaced twink... so i can´t say i don´t understand their feeling).
