I basically just followed their guide, it has a link to a program called Quick Torrent Maker. It lets you sign into the site within the app, and then you just create the upload all from there. It even lets you add the screenshots within the app and loads it all automatically to the site. You then have to go to the torrent it created on the site, download it and use either utorrent or qbitorrent I would suggest to point the the torrent to the existing directory/file location on your PC. Once it 'rechecks' the files, it should go into seeding mode.

Try downloading FREE torrents with big (huge) amount of data and leechers (over 5 - 10Gbs) and that will improve ur ratio. You have to be patient and keep seeding 24 / 7... don't turn off ur computer. After a few days, repeat the process and if u don't like the stuff that was free, just delete it... Sometimes I have downloaded free stuff just for the ratio and it ended up not being bad...

it's not about creating new accounts... your IP address is what counts (not the username), if u create another account with the same username u'll get banned.
VPN - i use surfshark... torrent app, bitTorrent or uTorrent (they dont work in new Macbooks with Apple M processors)
