On the most liked posts you'll find some decent lists - I go to Queen Mother Sports Centre near Victoria Station. The gym is but gets overcrowded at peak times. There's a separate spa area with sauna, steam, plunge and showers. Nudity during mens sessions only.

Can you be naked in the sauna etc during the male only sessions? Saw something online about ‘wearing swimsuits at all times’ but wasn’t clear if that was the same for non mixed times.

Covent Garden is pretty good. There’s a sauna in the men’s locker room which gets busy, also the frosting has come off the glass partitions of the shower cubicles which makes them pretty much transparent

Camber well leisure centre has recently converted their men’s swim cubicles to open showers. There is progress, at least in the southeast!
