I just read through this forum and was wondering if anyone considered doing p-shots themselves. Technically it would only require getting a centrifuge, vials, and needles. Though I am still unsure of how they get the stem cells for the prp injections...

Yes I got bruising, it goes away after a few days. I pumped gently the day of the shot and the day after (at around 5" hg), thereafter could increase up to 10"hg. Found that daily pumping really helps.
Started a photo diary to show the progression of my bruising for those who are considering the procedure.

I have noticed some minor changes in the first week. My flaccid size has noticeably improved. I think erection girth has also gone up. I don’t know for sure as I haven’t measured yet.
The first couple of days at the height of the bruising my erection quality (firmness) decreased. Now, overall erection quality has increased slightly.
I will continue to faithfully complete the post procedure pumping protocol. I am hopeful that I will continue to see improvements in all areas over the next few weeks.
I have actually done the P-shot for the 2nd time and I had swelling, bruising hour following the procedure. now 2 months post the shot, I see the platelet volume faded away and the penis shrinked, my erections is not as before I had the shot, way less firm.
I wonder if the physician did something wrong, hitted a nerve or a blood vessel ?as It was signficantly swollen, also I do not see any effect, I feel he may be did not activate it with calcium. Do your provider do the P-shot under ultrasound guided or just hit it?
I also took tylenol/ paracetamol one day before the shot as I had significant headache.
Can anybody share some insight on what went wrong? shall I re-do it again?

I am thinking of getting the P-shot. The place I found actually injects a nerve blocker as well as numbing creme. I was concerned about pain when they inject your glans. How many times did they actually inject you, and did they inject your glans?

i have had it both ways-- numbing creme or nerve block. i highly recommend nerve block if you can get it. i have been told they can't put the numbing creme on the glans itself... and you can guess that it does hurt a LOT to inject without numbing.
I had numbing crème. They injected in two places on each side of the shaft and one injection in the glans. The shot for the glans was on the topside but just behind the glans. I experienced what I would call some discomfort and a bit of pressure, but no real pain.

Finally got a P shot, then a month later got Bocox and Pshot mix. Talk about burning pain, that bocox hurt like hell, it burned for a couple days. Now it is gone, and my flaccid hang is fantastic. Erections are remaing pretty damn thick and heavy. Pretty happy with the results. Kinda aftaid to get another one though.

Had my first p-shot on Thursday. The whole cycle includes three procedures with 10 day in between.
Doc was super helpful, had a good conversation, asked everything I was worried about.
He drew 30 ml of blood. Said that plasma quality was very clear which was a good indicator. Said it depends very much on nutrition quality.
I didn’t use any anaesthetic - cream or lidocaine. Doc said he does it to him self and it’s fine. Besides lidocaine injections are quite painful in my experience.
At the of the penis very light pain, near tha glance more of sting. Nothing serious.
6 injections on each side.
No bruises at all.
I don’t have problems with erection. Just wanted to freshen things up and see if makes any difference.
Morning wood feels like I’m 16 again and I’m 43
Penis feel a bit heavier and fuller.
We’ll see how it goes in the next few weeks.
