always intriuges what is found in our seas

Puget Sound king crabs do not look like their Dungeness cousins on your dinner plate. Rather, these crabs resemble a spiky basketball covered in flecks of blue, red, and purple. Unlike a basketball, Puget Sound king crabs are lopsided. Their stocky right claw is used for crushing, while their daintier left claw is used for finer tasks. Warning: scuba divers will squeal with excitement when they find a Puget Sound king crab.
