Weird cloud formation I saw at work last week and best I could get having to use crappy phone cam. Thought at first it was some sort of vertical contrail but there were no planes around or rocket launches (which also would have been too far away and wrong direction) and it stayed around for a good 45 minutes. Suppose there might be a meteorological name for this formation, but it was strange just the same.

Only reason to contemplate going to Nevada aside from Tahoe.
Never made it to Tahoe. Three times we tried. Apparently we were always a little worse for wear after leaving BRC and could never quite find this fuck-off big lake. I did see it from a distance once, so I know it does exist!
