The fact that their hall passes are Jake Gyllenhaal and Chris Hemsworth is very unsurprising. While I like PJ and Thomas, they are very bland in their tastes. Their idea of a really exciting time is playing cards with Thomas' mom. Their favorite place to vacation? One of the nation's most anti-gay states: Florida. One thing I've noticed is they have a large following of midwestern grandmothers, which says a lot. Even if they were to invite a 3rd person into a one-night stand (which they've already ruled out), they'd probably require him to stay for a casserole dinner and a game of charades afterwards.

I think you just sum up the reasons why they, unlike many other gay couples, are not toxic.
I think it’s branding. They know their audience and how far they can push it. They are just as freaky as the rest of us.
You just described a much more likeable couple than many of the spicy (arguably gross) gay couple influencers. 20 years from now PJ and Thomas will probably still be living their best life
They are good role models for young gay guys growing up. Maintaining a somewhat 'traditional' family and living a good upper class life, rather than their aims being getting fisted in key west, having a body count over 2000 and counting cum as part of their calory intake lmao. THIS. I’m all for you living your life the way you want and that’s fine, but it is SOOOO refreshing to see a same sex couple, specifically male, go a different route than OnlyFans and money hungry “influencers.” Now don’t get me wrong, they have their fair share of sponsored posts and deals, but let’s be honest, they are in line with their brand and are things practical people use and may need.
