I added the 2 vials PLLA (total of 4) last weekend. I am already back to 6 inches mseg. Additionally, there has been no more HA pooling under the skin, aside from 1 very small pocket. This seems to confirm that I’ve totally replaced the HA base layer.

I’m very happy with my results so far. And I should see some additional growth in the coming weeks. If I get back to 6.25 mseg, I’ll have come full circle, having fully replaced my starting HA size with stable collagen.

I’ve tried to share my DIY approach before with HA, but the post got taken down pretty quick. Totally understandable, as I’m not a medical professional, this isn’t medical advice, and I don’t recommend anybody DIY these procedures.

Wondering if anybody ever used poly l lactic acid for PE.
It works on the same principle as pmma, encouraging collagen production. But it’s the same material as dissolvable sutures, so your body can metabolize it, leaving just the collagen it produced.
It’s typically injected in the face, but I’m considering giving it a try, since the hyaluronic acid I use needs upkeep every few months.

But how does this work? It's injected in the surface layer? So it's just giving your dick thicker skin? It doesn't affect the actual erectile tissue that gets rock hard, right?

Thicker shaft skin is pretty dope tho. You gotta admit.

Yes, I think PLLA always comes in powder and has to be reconstituted minimum 24 hours before injection. I’ll probably leave it for 3 days before injecting.

And idk how much volume increase I’ll get from 365 mg. So, I would be going up in size, which could be a problem since I’m already 6.25. But I may use a Hyaluronidase to dissolve some of my HA if needed.

The PLLA isn’t because I want to go bigger than I am (I don’t). I just want something more stable.

You’re correct. I have in the past removed HA by aspirating and manually draining it. but those were bad injections, where the HA had mixed with blood to form something like a rigid implant.

Yes, i am injecting deep under the skin, just above the smooth muscle. I wouldn’t say it makes the “skin” thicker. But it creates collagen around the smooth muscle.

What do you mean “something more stable”?

Hyaluronic acid degrades pretty quickly. The results might last more than a year, but it starts to degrade and “pill” quicker than that, resulting in small lumps and unevenness. The PLLA should last much longer overall and I don’t believe degradation results in lumps or pilling

It’s not spongey. Think of it as thickening the smooth muscle, not the skin. When ur soft it’s soft, when ur hard it’s hard

Great info but I would need a pro to this.

My Doc does Volux which he says is a longer lasting HA but I would prefer something more permanent. This is after 6 months since my last fill.

I used a vial of PLLA diluted in 10ml Bac water last night. The process was pretty straight forward. I’m about 8 hours post injection and everything looks good. Seems like I’ve re absorbed most of the Bac water, but there’s still a noticeable plumping effect.

Real results won’t be noticeable for 4-8 weeks still

Looks like you got great results. Might look into that procedure someday. But for now PLLA and HA are things I can do for cheap at home.

So I paid 6k for urofil and I could do it at home? Wouldn't that be risking mishaping the penis?
