That's where I was when I outgrew my 1.75, 2.00 and 2.25 x 9.0+ tubes, getting sucked out the outlet.

Now using a 2.5 x 12.0, packing 5.5 inches and reaching 9.25.

Good pack, you moving up a tube size? Looks like you got quite a few unpacked bits of girth, if you go to a bigger tube and then go back in it would be completely filled.

I got a new 12x2.25 tube coming, now I just need to find time to use it.

at that time 1to 3 times a week in the summer and 4-6 in the winter months
was using my homemade pulsating pump which helped

than bought a
CTC DP-4000 Digital Maximizer at the start of the year
the rest and stretch of different vacuum levels i believe helps with expansion
