what is that wrap you have around your balls?

I have the same size tube, and when I start pack like that, I have to stop every 5-10 mins because my balls get pulled way too tightly against the tube. I've been trying to find a good wrap for my balls but it's hard to trust what you buy online because the fit might not work. I lost a lot of weight and have a lot of extra skin in the area of my penis and balls, so it makes pumping a hassle sometimes.

Its just a normal 9 x 3 airpump, but you can use water with them, the only bit that could get damaged is the gauge, but I use an old one so it doesn't matter

There is a large carbon steel spring inside the pump which will rust out with water pumping, it can be replaced by disassembling the pump.
