It's not something I've personally experienced, but everyone is different. I cum too fast when I top, so I tend to mostly bottom. It takes me a good while to achieve a prostate orgasm, so it might be worth you persevering with it and see if the prolonged stimulation after you cum then leads to an anal orgasm. Or...you could try and ensure you cum before you start anal, then when you're able to get hard again, start anal and you shouldn't be so sensitive.
