Actually President Nelson and President Oaks, they look different in their straight scenes in other websites, they dye/color their hair in their straight scenes prior to entering Charged Media in the case of President Oak he does not use his natural haircolor on other websites.

If you don’t mind me asking, which other websites? I don’t think I’ve seen President Oaks outside of mormon and family dick. Well, and now this one. Any links? I would love to see more of him.
Finding Pres. Nelson/Lorenzo or Brother Tanner's scenes is more easy in Pink Visual, he has an image of a Blonde/Brown haired Trucker.
I forgot to say Oaks has scenes on GrowlBoyz and BoyforSale but it is not really outside of mb and family dick as it is a plan prior to the split of companies, his other scenes aside from Charged and Carnal Media are projects where he is unrecognizable due to him dyeing his hair.
I remember President Woodruff aka David Grozny changed appearance as well when he went to MB.
I actually, found men in TheGreatCanadianMale who appeared somewhere between Ryan Wilcox and President Nelson's guest appearance there who are candidates likely to be President Oaks, but we cannot be certain as he was able to change his appearance if he made his appearance there.

I think the first Derrick or Derek or Derrick I of the Great Canadian Male who had two scenes preceded President Nelson's appearance there is likely to be President Oaks with but with hair color and goatee, the outfit and body hair distribution is similar, Derrick's outfit is the same as the one used in Growlboyz by Pres. Oaks.
I hope they don't screw the recasting of MBZ which they are completing this year, especially those guys who are returning there since few years ago.

A quarter of the 2019 episodes of SayUncle were filmed during the arrangement of the Split between Carnal Media and Charged Media/SayUncle, The episodes wherein Oaks returned are those filmed after the Split was complete so technically those are the beginning of the Reboot Episodes, so the introduction of the new casting and the first part of the reboot is not yet complete.

I think President Oaks' closest competition would be Joe Parker of Men.com and Dean Phoenix who he now emulates.
The other light-haired Trevor looks like a Twinky Le Grand...President Oaks I think would also look good without his white hair, I think his dark-haired incarnation would be better be paired with Brother Tanner of Mormon Girlz.
President Oaks resembles Colby Keller without his greying hair and has other competitors like Dean Phoenix and Joe Parker and this might explain why he was not noticed to crossover to gay porn earlier, I don't think he would be able to compete outside of his own niche, this explains why he stays as he is.
